Dunkirk Police and Fire departments responded to a vehicle rollover at the intersection of Central Avenue and Newton Street around 10 a.m. Wednesday morning. The driver of the overturned vehicle, identified as Kenneth R. Naslund, 88, of Dunkirk was coming up behind Brent A. Geise, 18, of Forestville, who was waiting to make a left turn onto Newton Street. Naslund collided with the rear passenger side bumper of Geise’s SUV causing his sedan to overturn. Naslund was taken to Brooks Memorial Hospital for injuries and evaluation.
